Lex Unveils Fleet Industry-First with ‘Next Day Servicing’ Offer

‘Next Day Servicing’ has been launched after Lex conducted customer research, whereby 90% of client fleet managers who were interviewed stated that the enhancement would be ‘very beneficial’. One in three drivers who were also canvassed said that the new initiative would be their most favoured service option.

As part of the ‘Next Day Servicing’ offering, all customers need to do is call Lex ‘One Call’ to arrange a 24 hour servicing turnaround. ‘Next Day Servicing’ covers all scheduled servicing and MOT’s and all manufacturers and vehicle types are covered. All vehicles serviced receive a complimentary vacuum and wash prior to being returned.

Lex commenced piloting ‘Next Day Servicing’ in February 2008 with six major clients that operate on sole-supplier agreements and which represented a total of 18,000 vehicles. Feedback from the clients was exceptional; 93% stated that their servicing was fulfilled, with only one complaint.
