Lex Talent is a pioneering, two year development programme designed for people who have the passion and drive, coupled with the aptitude and capability, to be the leaders of Lex's future.
Through core business placements and specialist assignments, you will learn all about Lex's business while simultaneously contributing to its success. This will be complemented by a personal and professional development plan, which will be supported by your own mentor and coach. At the end of the programme, you will apply all you have learnt to your chosen career either in a people manager role or in a similarly challenging technical specialism.
