• From Scotland to Southern England, you will see it all. During the programme placements maybe in Manchester, Chester, Amersham and/or Stirling ensuring you gain an insight into how each of our offices operate.
• Influencing people, from fellow colleagues and customers, to the board. Customers and Lex colleagues all have different demands which you will need to juggle and manage effectively.
• Exposure to different working environments, not just Lex. Through the volunteering scheme, you will be able to give something back to the community while simultaneously developing your personal and professional skills.

• Career development which starts before you do. Prior to starting the programme you will meet with the Lex Talent Development Manager to discuss your assessment centre feedback and to formulate your first development plan.
• You say what you want to achieve. You will have regular development and career planning sessions to decide what future placements would be most appropriate for you. There will also be other opportunities for development (e.g. volunteering, action learning, work shadowing).
• Training and development which benefits you, personally and professionally. In the programme there are a number of informal and formal, face to face and online, learning workshops you will participate in. You can then use your new skills and knowledge to improve your effectiveness at work.
• Mentoring from the best. Our senior managers are committed to Lex Talent and want to get involved. You will therefore receive one-to-one mentoring from the heroes and heroines of our business.
• Coaching from someone who knows. Coaches are people who want to help, and will support you how you want, from answering a 'stupid' question to simply lending a listening ear.
