Job Purpose:

Through the completion of business placements, individuals will provide operational and/or support services across the business, which may involve the supervision of small teams. They will utilise their operational, technical and intellectual capability to deliver these services. Colleagues will also use these capabilities to identify improvements to enhance departmental/business performance and also spot opportunities for business growth.

Salary - Up to £25 000

Essential Requirements:

  • Geographically mobile
  • IT literate
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent teamworking skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Able to build relationships quickly and successfully at all levels
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Thrives on challenge and is flexible and adaptable to changing business environments
  • Experience of working within a similar business environment
  • Degree (preferably 2:1 or above)

Desirable Requirements:

  • Professional and persuasive report writing and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to evaluate own performance and to identify personal development opportunities
  • Excellent problem solving, verbal and numerical reasoning skills
